1. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your information from Flizitt, send an email to support@flizitt.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include:

  • The subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  • The name and email address (and, if applicable, the business or WhatsApp Business Account) associated with your data.
  • A brief description of what you would like deleted (your entire account, or specific data).

3. Verification Process

To protect your information and prevent unauthorized deletion, we will verify your identity and ownership of the data before processing any request. We may ask you to confirm details about your account or to respond from the registered email address. Requests that cannot be verified will not be processed.

4. Processing Timeframe

Once your request is verified, we will process the deletion within a reasonable timeframe and confirm by email when it is complete. Verified requests are typically actioned within 30 days.

5. Types of Data That May Be Deleted

Depending on your request and how you use Flizitt, the data we delete may include:

  • Account and profile information.
  • Contact and lead records stored in the CRM.
  • WhatsApp Business integration data, including WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID), Phone Number ID, business profile information, business display name, and messaging metadata.
  • WhatsApp conversations and message content stored within Flizitt.
  • Access tokens, credentials, and configuration related to connected integrations.
  • Analytics and reporting data associated with your account.

You may also disconnect your WhatsApp Business integration at any time from within Flizitt, which stops further access to your WhatsApp Business resources.

6. Retention Exceptions

Certain information may be retained after a deletion request where we are legally required or permitted to do so — for example, backup and audit records kept for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes. Such retained data is protected and is deleted or anonymized once the applicable retention period ends.
