- Cookies and similar technologies: small files placed on your device to remember preferences (e.g., dark/light mode) and to support analytics and advertising services described below.

14. WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta Integrations
Flizitt is a SaaS CRM platform that allows our customers ("Customers") to connect and manage their own WhatsApp Business accounts through Meta's official Embedded Signup onboarding flow. This section explains how we handle data related to the WhatsApp Business Platform, the WhatsApp Cloud API, and related Meta services.
1. Voluntary connection. Customers may voluntarily connect their WhatsApp Business accounts to Flizitt using Meta's official Embedded Signup flow. This connection is initiated and authorized by the Customer.
2. Information we may receive and store. During onboarding and ongoing operation of the integration, Flizitt may receive and store:
- WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID)
- Phone Number ID
- Business profile information
- Business display name
- Messaging metadata
- Access tokens required to operate the integration
- Configuration and onboarding information returned by Meta
3. Explicit authorization. Flizitt only accesses WhatsApp Business resources after explicit Customer authorization through the Embedded Signup flow.
4. How WhatsApp data is used. WhatsApp data is processed solely to provide the Flizitt platform, including:
- CRM functionality
- Lead management
- Customer communication
- Conversation management
- Workflow automation
- Analytics and reporting
- Customer support functionality
5. Conversation storage. WhatsApp conversations may be stored within Flizitt systems to provide the platform features described above.
6. Protection of credentials. Access tokens, credentials, and integration secrets are protected using industry-standard security controls and encryption.
7. No sale of data. Flizitt does not sell WhatsApp message content or Customer data.
8. When data may be shared. WhatsApp and integration data may be shared only with:
- Meta Platforms services, as required to operate the integration
- Cloud and infrastructure providers required to operate Flizitt
- Legal authorities when required by law
9. Recipient consent. Customers remain responsible for obtaining any legally required consent from their recipients before sending messages.
10. Disconnecting integrations. Customers may disconnect their WhatsApp Business integrations at any time.
11. Deletion. Upon account deletion or a valid deletion request, connected WhatsApp data will be removed in accordance with Flizitt retention policies.
15. Meta Platform Permissions
To provide the integrations described above, Flizitt may request the Meta platform permissions required for:
- WhatsApp Business onboarding
- Messaging
- Account management
- Embedded Signup
- Business asset management
- Facebook Login for Business
We request only the permissions necessary to operate the features the Customer has chosen to use.
16. User Data Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of their information at any time:
- Submit requests by contacting support@flizitt.com.
- Requests will be verified before processing to protect against unauthorized deletion.
- Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
- Certain information may be retained when legally required.

17. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as needed to operate the service and to meet our legal obligations:
- Customer data is retained only as long as required to provide the service.
- Customers may request deletion of their information.
- Backup and audit records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes.
