All data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest, including WhatsApp message logs, contact details, and business assets within our platforms (like Leaddon), is secured using AES-256 encryption.

Meta and WhatsApp Integration Security

We adhere strictly to Meta's Security and Privacy requirements for Tech Providers. Access tokens and API keys are stored in secure, isolated vaults. We utilize Meta's official Embedded Signup to ensure businesses grant explicit authorization without ever sharing account passwords with us.

Data Access & Processing

Flizitt acts solely as a Data Processor. We do not sell, rent, or mine customer messaging data. Internal access to customer environments is strictly audited, logged, and limited to authorized personnel on a least-privilege basis for troubleshooting and support only.
